Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from Canada Post (to the email you provided on the order) with your tracking number. Visit www.canadapost.com, choose your language then use the option "track a package".
An order that is marked as "Shipped" has been processed; however the Canada Post tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be received after the status is changed to "shipped" on business days. Orders placed on weekend or holidays will be processed and marked as "Shipped" however the Canada Post tracking information will not be sent or available until the next business day. The tracking number is sent directly from Canada Post and it is an automated system, so please check any spam folders if you do not receive the tracking email within the designated time frame.
