If your order was placed with an incorrect address due to customer input error, your package will automatically be 'Returned To Sender' via Canada Post or UPS after leaving our facility. We will charge an additional fee before any address corrections can be made to ship the order to correct address. Once an order is picked up by Canada Post or UPS we are unable to edit any address information. In this instance, we will need to receive the package back before re-shipping and collect all due shipping costs. If you choose not to have the package re-shipped you will be refunded for the cost of the items minus the initial shipping and return shipping costs. All addresses provided in the shipping field are automatically imported into the Canada Post or UPS system, so please double check that the address is complete with any unit / suite numbers necessary.

For the safety of our Customers we do not "Safe Drop" packages. If you are unable to be home to receive your package, a pick-up slip will be left by your carrier and the package can be picked up at the closet Canada Post outlet located on the pickup slip. Please note that Canada Post will hold the packages no longer than 10 business days before returning to sender. If you do not pick up the package before Canada Post returns it to us, a return shipping charge will apply.

For the safety of our Customers we require a signature for receiving packages. If you are unable to be home to receive your package, a pick-up slip will be left by your carrier and the package can be picked up at the closet UPS pickup outlet located on the pickup slip.
