Canada Post Packages not received by Standard Delivery Date
If a package is stated as "Delivered" according to the tracking information please allow 48 hours past the posting for delivery. On some occasions, the Canada Post system is updated early and the package generally arrives within 48 hours. If the package does not arrive 48 hours past the stated the delivery date please contact open a support ticket or call us at 1.877.544.8787 as we will need to verify the shipping address information to begin a trace with Canada Post.
