We try our best to double check all expiry dates of the products we ship. Due to the differences in how companies date stamp their products, it is possible on an extremely rare occasion an expiry date was misread. Please contact us immediately about this so we can help remedy the situation.
The only time we won't replace an expired product is if the product you ordered was flagged as on sale due to it being expired or close to expiring. In general, anything with less that 3 months left on expiry will be listed and the price will be adjusted. We cannot offer compensation or replacement of any items received where there is less than 3 months left before the expiry listed and it was clearly listed on the product page which you added the product to your cart from.
