There may be several reasons a package is delivered past the standard delivery date. These include:
- Statutory Holidays / Weekends
- Weather that prohibits delivery by Canada Post or UPS
- A missed pickup by Canada Post or UPS
- Lost Package
Please notify us if you do not receive your package past the maximum expected delivery date. Most orders take 3-5 business days to arrive, if it has been 7 or 8 days since your order was placed we will contact the appropriate shipping company to find and resolve the problem for you.
