Once your payment has been captured your order will be packed and readied for pickup by Canada Post or FedEx. It will usually be picked up by 5pm PST the following business day* at the latest, depending on when you placed your order. Once your order has been picked up by Canada Post, they will enter it into their system and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
Registered customers may log into their account and see their order status for Canada Post shipments. This option is not available to "Quick Check Out" customers. An order that is marked as "Shipped" has been processed; however the Canada Post tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be received after the status is changed to "Shipped" on business days*.
Orders placed on weekend or holidays will be processed and marked as "Shipped" however the Canada Post or FedEx tracking information will not be sent or available until next business day*. The tracking number is sent directly from Canada Post or FedEx and it is an automated system, so please check any spam folders if you do not receive the tracking email within the designated time frame.
* Please note when we say "business day" we are referring to Monday to Friday excluding Holidays. While we accept orders 7 days a week Canada Post and FedEx only does pick ups Monday to Friday.
Also you should note that during times of site wide sales we experience a higher than normal sales volume which may cause a delay in when your order will be processed & shipped.
